For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout this document and all associated policies published on the ki887 platform.

By registering an account on ki887, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the ki887 Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or services made available on the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ki887. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ki887 platform, close your Account, and withdraw any remaining balance.

ki887 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including during registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any point where ki887 has reasonable grounds to question a Player's eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money gaming features on ki887, you must register a valid Account. Registration is free and requires the following:

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held in your Account. Any material changes to your registered details — including a change of mobile number — must be reported to ki887 support promptly. ki887 is not liable for any consequences arising from outdated Account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ki887 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

• You must notify ki887 support immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• ki887 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ki887 support immediately.
• ki887 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account security settings to protect against unauthorized access.
• ki887 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, except in cases where ki887 itself has been negligent.

ki887 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) through the following approved payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and DragonPay. Additional payment channels may be added from time to time and will be reflected in the Cashier section of your Account.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, subject to individual payment channel minimums which may vary.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited.
• GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your ki887 wallet instantly upon successful authorization. Bank transfer deposits may take 5–30 minutes depending on the originating bank.
• ki887 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction charges for which ki887 is not responsible.
• ki887 reserves the right to request verification of a deposit before crediting it to your wallet, including in cases where the deposit triggers anti-money laundering monitoring thresholds.

In the event a deposit is made in error, or a fraudulent or disputed transaction is detected, ki887 reserves the right to freeze the associated Account balance pending investigation and may reverse the deposit in accordance with applicable payment processor policies.

Withdrawal of funds from your ki887 Account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC identity verification before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same legal name as your ki887 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya; ₱200 for bank transfers. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in the Cashier.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully met before the associated balance can be withdrawn.
• ki887 processes withdrawal requests from verified accounts within the following estimated timeframes: GCash and PayMaya — 15 to 30 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank — 1 to 6 hours; DragonPay — 1 to 12 hours. These are estimates and may vary based on payment provider processing queues.
• ki887 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above specified thresholds, which may extend processing times.

ki887 may withhold or delay withdrawal requests pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other applicable legal concern. Players will be notified of any such hold through their registered contact information.

ki887 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, daily reload bonuses, loyalty tier rewards, free spins, and free bingo card allocations. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated alongside individual promotions:

• Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements which must be completed before any associated balance may be withdrawn.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ki887. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on ki887 under any identity, real or fabricated.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing ki887 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention technology.

Where ki887's liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the amount deposited by you during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ki887 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, and to withhold or void associated funds, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, including provision of false identity information, use of stolen payment credentials, or participation in money laundering.
• Multiple Account creation or any other attempt to circumvent account-level restrictions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory documentation in response to a KYC or enhanced due diligence request within the timeframe specified by ki887.
• Discovery that a Player is a Prohibited Person, including discovery of underage access.
• Reasonable grounds to believe an Account poses a risk of harm to ki887, other Players, or third parties.

You may close your ki887 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal channel, subject to standard KYC requirements.

ki887 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the mobile number or email address held on their Account with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of ki887, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through ki887's internal dispute process as follows:

• Step 1: Contact ki887 support via on-site live chat with full details of your dispute. ki887 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours.
• Step 2: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through live chat, submit a formal written complaint to ki887 via email at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Username]."
• Step 3: ki887 will issue a final written response within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If the dispute remains unresolved following the internal process, either party may seek resolution through the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
